RW Aesthetics Shropshire Re-Opening Client COVID-19 Guidance
Important Notice – please read and complete the consent before attending any treatment
Client screening
If you are experiencing any symptoms synonymous with COVID-19 such as a dry cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose or have a loss of sense of taste or smell, please reschedule your appointment and DO NOT attend the clinic.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who has COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment and DO NOT attend the clinic.
Pre-booked appointments
Only clients with pre-booked appointments will be treated. Times will be staggered to allow for sufficient cleaning between appointments and to avoid client crossover. Please attend your appointment alone.
We do not have a waiting room available so please wait in your car on arrival and we will welcome you when ready.
Consent form
Please read, complete and sign the COVID-19 consent and disclaimer form prior to arriving at the clinic. You can find a copy to print by clicking here.
Online consultations
New client consultations will take place online. All paperwork must be completed prior to the consultation.
Payment method
Payment will need to be made prior to your appointment, either before the day or on the day before the treatment. Payment will be taken by BACs transfer or contactless.
Clinic opening times
Clinic opening times are subject to change to ensure the clinic adheres to government guidelines and operational procedures.
PPE
Dr Worrall will wear full PPE scrubs, gloves, eye protection and a face mask during the treatment. Please attend your appointment wearing clean clothes and wear a face mask and gloves on arrival until you are requested to remove them during your treatment.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided when entering and leaving the clinic.
Social distancing
Please keep a 2-metre social distance within the clinic at all times when not undergoing treatment.
Cleaning procedures
The clinic has undergone a deep clean prior to reopening. Strict cleaning measures are now in place between client appointments to ensure that all surfaces, door handles, equipment and couch bedding are clean.
These measures are in place to protect clients and staff.
